General mechanics, machine shops for maintenance purposes. Manufacturing of punching tools, working plates drills, guides, etc.

hardened to 60 HRC (710 HV)
Sizes under 2.00 mm allied steel
Diameters: From 0.20 to 10.00 mm
Diameter tolerances: +/- 0.002 mm along the entire length and on each piece of the whole batch
Finish: Centerless ground, lapped and polished

All non-standard sizes, if available from stock, will be delivered with a price increase of 50 % based on the next larger standard size.
For all sizes to be specially produced, a specific quotation will be forwarded.
If shafts in stock have to be altered (maximum quantity 100 pieces) the price will be directly related to the working time.
